There’s a subtle richness underneath, something emulsified and well-balanced that coats instead of drowning. It’s indulgent without crossing into heaviness, and that’s not easy to pull off. The grilled chicken comes in real, generous chunks—juicy, properly seasoned, and not an afterthought.
